Flexibility Focus on increasing skaters’ flexibility to be able to perform more difficult variations on the ice and the strength required for such positions.
Ballet Classes To work on balance, posture and strength. Skaters are required to bring: ballet slippers and yoga mat.
Spark Fitness (WED) – Conditioning training geared specifically to Figure skaters to build strength and prevent injury.
Jump Rope Exercise to enhance conditioning and agility for skaters.
